About the Role

We're looking for a Public Engagement Advisor who understands that meaningful communication starts with listening.

In this role, you'll help organizations build stronger relationships with the people they serve by designing engagement strategies that encourage participation, build trust, and create genuine dialogue. Whether supporting public consultations, community initiatives, stakeholder meetings, or digital engagement campaigns, you'll help ensure every voice has the opportunity to be heard.

What You'll Do

Develop public and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Plan and facilitate community consultations and engagement sessions.

Build relationships with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders.

Design communication materials that encourage public participation.

Support organizations in communicating complex initiatives with clarity and transparency.

Prepare presentations, briefing materials, engagement reports, and summaries.

Analyze public feedback and identify emerging themes and recommendations.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on communication and outreach initiatives.

Support public awareness campaigns across digital and in-person channels.

Represent CliniQPath professionally at meetings, conferences, and community events.
