About the Role
We're looking for a Research & Evidence Specialist who enjoys asking meaningful questions, analyzing information, and transforming evidence into practical knowledge.
This role bridges research and communication. You'll work with scientific literature, policy documents, organizational data, and emerging evidence to help clients make informed decisions. Your ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights will support communication strategies, reports, training, and organizational planning.

What You'll Do
Conduct literature reviews and environmental scans.
Analyze research findings and identify key insights.
Develop evidence summaries, briefing notes, and executive reports.
Translate technical and scientific information into accessible language.
Support communication strategies with evidence-informed recommendations.
Research emerging trends across healthcare, government, education, business, and nonprofit sectors.
Assist with grant proposals, funding applications, and strategic reports.
Collaborate with communication consultants and subject matter experts.
Support program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of research quality, accuracy, and integrity.
