About the Role
We're looking for an AI & Digital Communication Advisor who is excited about the future of communication.
This role explores how artificial intelligence and emerging digital technologies can enhance—not replace—human communication. You'll help organizations adopt AI responsibly while preserving authenticity, critical thinking, creativity, and trust.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen digital communication, and integrate AI into everyday operations in practical and ethical ways.
What You'll Do
Develop AI-supported communication strategies for clients.
Identify opportunities to improve organizational workflows using AI.
Research emerging AI tools and digital communication trends.
Advise clients on responsible and ethical AI adoption.
Design AI-assisted content development workflows.
Support digital transformation and communication modernization projects.
Develop guidance documents, best practices, and training resources.
Evaluate AI-generated content for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Collaborate with communication consultants, researchers, and designers.
Provide workshops and presentations on AI and the future of communication.
