About the Role

We're looking for a Director, People & Culture who believes that exceptional organizations are built by exceptional people.

This role goes beyond traditional human resources. You'll help shape the culture, values, and employee experience that define CliniQPath as we continue to grow across Canada and into global markets.

From recruitment and talent development to employee engagement, leadership coaching, and organizational strategy, you'll play a central role in building an inclusive workplace where people can do their best work.

What You'll Do

  • Lead CliniQPath's people strategy and organizational culture.

  • Develop and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives.

  • Support employee engagement, performance, and professional development.

  • Partner with leaders to build high-performing, collaborative teams.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace wellbeing, and conflict resolution.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organizational policies.

  • Lead succession planning, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.

  • Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization.

  • Help build a workplace culture grounded in respect, curiosity, learning, and innovation.
