Implementation Support for Better Care Delivery
Making complex evidence actionable across frontline teams.
A partner organization faced challenges implementing new clinical and operational practices due to variability in processes, competing priorities, and unclear workflows. They needed a structured approach to bridge the gap between recommended practice and day-to-day delivery.
We used a barrier analysis and workflow-mapping process to understand where teams were getting stuck. From there, we simplified the evidence into practical steps and created adaptable tools that could be integrated into existing systems — without adding additional burden.
This project focused on “clarity first”: making sure every team member knew what needed to be done, why it mattered, and how their role contributed to consistent, high-quality care.
