About the Role

We're looking for a Proofreader who believes every word matters.

This role goes beyond correcting grammar and punctuation. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every piece of communication reflects CliniQPath's commitment to clarity, accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.

From reports and proposals to learning materials, website content, articles, and client deliverables, you'll serve as the final quality check before our work reaches clients and the public.

What You'll Do

  • Proofread and edit reports, proposals, training materials, and client deliverables.

  • Review grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and formatting.

  • Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, style, and branding across documents.

  • Verify references, citations, headings, tables, and document structure.

  • Review website content, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials before publication.

  • Collaborate with writers, instructional designers, researchers, and communication consultants.

  • Maintain CliniQPath's editorial standards and style guidelines.

  • Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, and opportunities to improve readability.

  • Support quality assurance across all communication projects.

  • Ensure documents are polished, professional, and publication-ready.
